As I speak to many people who have come forth about how they were ripped off, I am starting to accumulate a bit of data.  Unfortunately Alex has arranged loans with people who trusted him in ways that have left them with little recourse or will require significant effort int he court system.

we hope by exposing what he has been doing privately that enough people will have evidence to come together and make a case against him without everyone incurring significant personal expense.


This is what I have so far.

A rough calculation of debts that I am aware of amount to over 2,000,000.

My determination is that it;s not reasonable that he will be albeit pay off his debts..He's had a number of failed enterprises further adding to his debts and fines.
